Office of Academic Affairs

      The Office of Academic Affairs is responsible for several administrative offices. Those include the Division of Registration, the Division of Curriculum Implementation and the Division of Administration.

The Dean of Academic Affairs

      The Dean of the Office of Academic Affairs handles confidential documents, drafts and processes documents, as well as, coordinates and arranges administrative plans.  The Dean of the Office of Academic Affairs schedules and holds meetings with the other academic divisions and departments.

The Division of Registration

      This office keeps and maintains all the students’ records.  The Division of Registration processes all request for transcripts, credit transfers to other institutions, the issuing of transcripts, maintaining and updating the University’s grading system.  The Division of Registration is also responsible for the formulating the regulations regarding academic records and the processing of all request of course changes and exemptions.

The Division of Curriculum Implementation

      This administrative office plans out the academic school year including the scheduling of all courses and examinations.  The division offers information about all the programs, courses and credit offered by the university.  In addition to these responsibilities the Division of Curriculum Implementation oversees the teacher evaluation program and publishes all the academic journals for the university.  The division also holds the Curriculum Committee meetings and sets the standards in regulating the overall curriculum.

The Division of Admissions

      The Division of Admissions offers a variety of services to WuFeng students.  The division is responsible for all student admissions, including applications and examinations.  The office also sets the regulations and guideline for all admissions.  The Division of Admissions plans and designs promotional material, organizes school fairs and exhibitions, handles the multi-media advertising for the school and is responsible for new student enrollment.  The division is also tasked with enhancing communication and mutual cooperation with other educational institutions.
